Our original family of flavors...
The menu of Westfalia Mirador is based on the traditions of southern cuisine, but with a touch of modernity. Simple and sophisticated, it merges the flavors of German colonist recipes and the diversity of raw materials of Southern Chile to create new gastronomic proposal.
A variety of seafood from our shores, such as salmon and Chilean abalone, and tender meat, are part of Westfalia Mirador’s original menu. This is combined with fresh vegetables, such as the traditional potato and Merkén from Chiloé Island, to highlight the flavors of the southern world.
German pastry, such as strudel and kuchenes, mingle with Chilean fruit and desserts to enjoy a nice coffee in the afternoon or to give a sweet end to your meals. The restaurant also offers selected wines and appetizers, like a special Pisco Sour.
