A fusion of Euro American sensations ...
The combination of flavors brought by German settlers and the traditional flavors from Southern Chile is the presentation card for our restaurant Mirador Westfalia. Located on the first floor of the hotel with the best view of the city and its surroundings, Westfalia Mirador offers a varied menu designed to surprise you.
Our staff transforms each dish into an evocation of the magical southern Chile, where the variety of Chilean seafood competes with the best cuts of red meat and fresh vegetables from the area, like the famous potatoes from Chiloé Island. They combine traditional southern spices and fruits to come up with new flavors, along with a long tradition of the German settlers pastry, with their kuchenes and cakes. All this is accompanied by a variety of wines from our distinguished national wine industry.
The name Westfalia Mirador honors the beautiful natural areas that the Lake District in Chile shares with North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany to offer a world of flavors throughout the day with our breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee.
