Balandra is the name of the first sailboat that sailed  Llanquihue Lake to transport the German colonists in the mid-1800s. Balandra Restaurant rescues this milestone to develop a new international cuisine that has its roots in the traditions of southern Chile.

In the company of a large fireplace for winter and a privileged view of the natural wonders of the area, Balandra Restaurant is decorated as a modern and spacious place that includes noble materials used by the settlers, such as native wood and various metals. It is able to receive up to 90 guests, which are served with the hospitality that characterizes the people of these latitudes.
