Balandra's menu was developed after extensive research on the south of Chile and its traditional products, so it brings together the traditional German food and ingredients of the "New World". Balandra’s cuisine is immersed in the refined use of the best ingredients, with the remarkable touch of its award-winning chef, Pamela Fidalgo.
Products of our sea, like salmon and Chilean abalon, along with tender beef and pork from our meadows, are part of this selective menu. She combined fresh vegetables, such as the traditional potato and merkén from Chiloé Island, to highlight the flavors. As a sweet ending to the 5 star meal, we have classic German pastries, fresh fruits of the season and traditional Chilean desserts.
