Our new proposal is in charge of the famous chef Pamela Fidalgo. Member of the gastronomic group “Las Tocas Negras” and founder of the renowned restaurant “Alma" in Santiago (rated with a maximum of seven forks), Pamela was the first woman to receive the award for "Best Chef of the Year" in 2006 by the Circle of Gourmet chroniclers of Chile.

Described as "innovative and creative" her cuisine is characterized by the use of fine products, with the exotic touch given by her studies in New York and Asia. With 15 years in the business, she has been ranked as one of the most prominent chefs in the country and now she brings this knowledge and skills to the south of the world.
